Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Free Shipping on all orders shipped within the USA. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–12 business days after processing

  • International: 10–21 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, and fulfillment partners.

Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple roasting and fulfillment partners, items in your order may ship separately and arrive at different times.

This allows us to deliver the freshest products possible and source specialty items from their origin. You will receive separate shipping confirmations and tracking numbers for each shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at:

within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will work with the carrier and fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These fees are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in our shipping charges.
